Service Description
In Qigong and Yoga, we use sound, pressure points, movement, and visualization to stimulate deep healing. I will create a personalized routine based on your needs, schedule, and temperament. Depending on this, the practice may consist of Qigong flow, meditation, breathing exercises, Yoga Asanas (postures), acupressure massage, and self-affirmations. With this booking, you’ll dedicate a month to guided self-healing to help you integrate your practice and deepen your body awareness. There’s no need to memorize your program or have any doubts along the way. I will support you in maintaining ideal alignment for the most benefit from the postures and flow routines, guiding you through each movement and prompting visualizations and affirmations throughout the session for a deeply integrated practice. With each session, you'll dive deeper into your spirit; the movements become effortless, the healing life-changing. This booking includes initial consultation and four sessions to guide you through your customized practice. **The services provided by Body Divination: Prescriptive Qigong for Inner Healing are intended to support overall well-being and promote relaxation, mindfulness, and physical health. Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session will incur no charge. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will incur a 25% charge of the service price. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 50% charge of the service price. Thank you for your understanding.
